Building on over a decade of community impact.
Building Businesses. Building Wealth. Building Communities.
BLOC Builds is a nonprofit organization created by leaders with deep experience supporting entrepreneurs and strengthening communities through Business Leaders of Colors.
BLOC Builds empowers underrepresented entrepreneurs with the education, mentorship, resources, and strategic support they need to build sustainable businesses and stronger communities.
Built on a foundation of community.
BLOC Builds brings together years of experience, trusted relationships, and a deep understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face. Building on the work and community developed through Business Leaders of Colors, BLOC Builds expands that commitment through a nonprofit model focused on education, access, opportunity, and long-term economic growth.
Entrepreneurship can change more than one business.

Through education, mentorship, resources, and strategic support, we help business owners build the knowledge, confidence, and connections needed for sustainable growth.
